This Shipping & Logistics Policy applies to product samples, selected in-stock orders, custom orders and bulk production orders arranged through Hengwang.

As a B2B silk products supplier and custom manufacturing partner, shipping arrangements may vary depending on the product type, order quantity, destination, production requirements and agreed commercial terms.

1. Shipping & Trade Terms

Shipping and trade terms are confirmed case by case during the quotation and order confirmation stage.

Depending on the order, buyers may:

· Appoint their own freight forwarder

· Provide their preferred shipping account or logistics arrangement

· Request Hengwang to assist in coordinating available shipping options

The applicable trade term, shipping method, freight responsibility, delivery location and related costs will be confirmed in the relevant quotation, invoice, purchase order, order confirmation or other written agreement.

Information displayed on the website does not constitute a fixed shipping quotation or guaranteed trade term.

2. Freight Forwarding & Customs

Buyers may arrange transportation through their own appointed freight forwarder or discuss available logistics arrangements with Hengwang.

Where Hengwang assists in coordinating shipment through a third-party logistics provider, please note that:

· Freight services may be provided by independent carriers, couriers, freight forwarders or logistics companies

· Shipping costs vary according to destination, shipment size, weight and transportation method

· Customs clearance requirements vary by country and region

· Import duties, taxes, customs charges and other destination-related fees may apply

· Transit schedules may be affected by customs procedures and carrier operations

Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing, the buyer is responsible for understanding the import, customs, product and documentation requirements applicable at the destination.

Hengwang may provide commercially available shipping or order documents where applicable, but specific customs or import documentation requirements should be confirmed before shipment.

3. Shipping & Dispatch Time

Shipping timelines depend on the type and status of the order.

Selected In-Stock Products

Selected styles may be available in small quantities.

Where stock is confirmed and the order is ready for dispatch, certain selected in-stock products may be dispatched within 7 days, subject to final stock confirmation and order arrangements.

This does not mean that all products or all orders are available for dispatch within 7 days.

Samples & Custom Orders

Sampling and custom production schedules are reviewed according to the specific project.

Relevant factors may include:

· Product type

· Material

· Product dimensions

· Quantity

· Artwork and color requirements

· Printing or manufacturing process

· Finishing requirements

· Labels and packaging

· Sample approval timing

· Production complexity

Sample timing, production lead time and shipping arrangements should be confirmed during the quotation and project approval stage.

Bulk Production

Bulk production is generally scheduled after the required product specifications, artwork, samples or other relevant requirements have been approved.

Changes or delays in buyer confirmation may affect the production and dispatch schedule.

International Transit

International transportation time depends on:

· Shipping method

· Destination

· Carrier schedule

· Customs clearance

· Local delivery arrangements

· Other circumstances outside the manufacturing process

Any shipping or delivery timeline provided before final carrier confirmation should be considered an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date.

4. Shipping Risk & Responsibility

Responsibility for transportation, freight costs, insurance, customs clearance and risk transfer will depend on the shipping or trade terms agreed for the relevant order.

Where the buyer appoints its own freight forwarder, responsibility for the shipment may transfer according to the agreed handover point and applicable commercial terms.

Where third-party logistics services are arranged, transportation responsibilities and risk allocation will be determined by:

· The agreed trade terms

· The quotation or order confirmation

· The applicable shipping arrangement

· The terms of the relevant carrier or logistics provider

Buyers who require cargo insurance or specific transportation protection should raise those requirements before shipment so that the arrangement can be reviewed.

5. Customs, Duties & Import Requirements

International buyers are responsible for checking the import requirements applicable in the destination country or region before confirming an order.

These may include:

· Customs clearance requirements

· Import duties

· Value-added tax or other taxes

· Product labeling requirements

· Material declarations

· Import permits or documentation

· Local product regulations

Unless expressly included in the agreed quotation or shipping terms, customs duties, import taxes and destination charges are generally not included in product pricing.

Delays caused by customs inspection, missing buyer-provided information, regulatory requirements or destination clearance procedures may affect the final delivery schedule.

6. Shipping Documentation

Depending on the order and shipping arrangement, relevant commercial or transportation documents may be prepared or provided where applicable.

The required documents should be confirmed before shipment, particularly where the buyer, freight forwarder or destination customs authority has specific requirements.

Buyers should notify Hengwang of any special documentation requirements as early as possible during the order process.

Additional documentation, certification or special processing requested after shipment preparation has begun may require additional time or cost.

7. Delivery Information

Buyers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information, including where applicable:

· Recipient name

· Company name

· Delivery address

· Postal code

· Telephone number

· Email address

· Contact person

· Freight forwarder information

· Destination requirements

Hengwang is not responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect, incomplete or outdated shipping information supplied by the buyer.

If delivery information changes after shipment arrangements have been made, additional charges or delays may occur.

8. Delays Beyond Our Control

While we will reasonably coordinate production and shipment according to the agreed arrangements, certain circumstances may affect shipping or delivery schedules.

These may include:

· Customs inspections or clearance delays

· Carrier delays

· Flight or vessel schedule changes

· Port congestion

· Transportation disruptions

· Severe weather

· Natural disasters

· Strikes or labor disruptions

· Government restrictions

· Changes in import or export regulations

· Public emergencies

· Other events beyond reasonable control

Where such circumstances occur, we will communicate available information and work with the buyer and relevant logistics providers where reasonably possible.

However, delivery schedules affected by circumstances outside Hengwang's reasonable control may need to be revised.

9. Damaged, Missing or Delayed Shipments

If a shipment arrives with visible transportation damage, please:

· Inspect the packaging before disposal

· Keep the original outer and inner packaging where possible

· Take clear photographs or videos of the damaged packaging and goods

· Record the quantity affected

· Contact Hengwang promptly

Where a shipment is delayed, missing or damaged during transportation, the matter may need to be reviewed together with the relevant carrier, courier or freight forwarder.

Responsibility and available remedies will depend on the agreed shipping arrangement, evidence available and applicable carrier or logistics terms.

Please do not discard damaged goods or packaging before the issue has been reviewed.

10. Changes to Shipping Arrangements

Changes to the following after an order has been confirmed may affect freight costs or delivery timing:

· Quantity

· Packaging

· Carton dimensions

· Shipping method

· Delivery address

· Destination country

· Freight forwarder

· Required documentation

· Requested delivery date

Where these changes materially affect the shipment, Hengwang may need to revise the freight quotation, dispatch schedule or related commercial terms.
